Neopolitan fan art

This one was a labor of fandom. (well at least of a YouTuber that's not Raging Golden Eagle) I was watching Hero Hei's channel one night and he was talking about RWBY and his "best girl" is Neopolitan! I don't much about this anime, but I will check it out. (at some point) From what I her she doesn't talk, but is a master mental manipulation. She is also known for Lolita style attire. I just hope Hero likes it.

Well this is the first fan art of the new year. If I hadn't had a full plate, (not that I'm complaining 😅) I would have drawn this last year. The busty beauty you see here is Kyouko Takizawa. The love interest of the manga: Beautiful Female Boss Takizawa-san. I've been reading this manga online, and I love it. yeah it's a slice of life but, trust me it's funny and she has HUGE titties!
